Located in Corydon, Indiana, our firm has been providing engineering, and land surveying services to Southern Indiana and Metro Louisville for fifty two (52) years. During this time, we have performed engineering and land surveying services for thousands of residential, commercial, institutional, and government projects. In January of 2021, we acquired an office in Jeffersonville, Indiana which has been providing, land surveying services to the same areas for seventy six (76) years. Paul Primavera & Associates Inc. was founded in 1972 by Paul E. Primavera, a registered Land Surveyor and Professional Engineer licensed in the States of Indiana and Kentucky operating the company for 32 years. Jason M. Copperwaite, a registered Land Surveyor and Professional Engineer, also licensed in the States of Indiana and Kentucky purchased the company from Paul in July of 2004 and we became Copperwaite Design Group Inc. doing business as Paul Primavera & Associates. David A. Sanders, a Professional Engineer, licensed in the State of Indiana became a partner in 2016. Copperwaite Design Group Inc., purchased Blankenbeker and Son in Jeffersonville, Indiana in 2021 from David Blankenbeker and the name was changed to Copperwaite Design Group Inc. doing business as Blankenbeker & Associates. Our survey crews have experience in boundary, topographical, and construction surveying including the layout of building, roads, curbs and gutters, sanitary and storm sewers, grading, and heavy highways. We have provided engineering and land surveying services for over 600 subdivisions.
